


Revolution Training classes are designed to deliver constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity.
Advocating a mix of aerobic exercise, interval training, body weight exercises, plyometric and Olympic weight lifting geared towards inspiring people to reach their personal goals whether that be weight loss, toning or increasing muscle mass. It's friendly and highly qualified staff will guide you through constantly varied circuits that will include movements such as sprinting, rowing, jumping rope, flipping tyres, weightlifting, carrying heavy objects, and many bodyweight exercises.
The equipment used will include barbells, dumbells, olympic rings, TRX, pull up bars, kettle bells , Tyres, medicine balls, along with your own bodyweight to help you achieve your goals.
To book onto a class you must first register your details and then click on the book online tab to book yourself into a class.
